TEAM STRUCTURE & EXPERIENCE

Our pricing structure reflects the level of training, expertise and demand of each team member, as well as the leading professional, luxury hair care and ammonia free colour brands we proudly use and recommend.

Young Talent (>3 years)

Our young talents are continuing to gain experience and develop their skills, holding less than 3 years of in-salon experience. Our young talents are continuing to learn through their training, experiences within the salon and guidance from our stylists, as they become skilled hair stylists.

Emerging Stylist (3 years)

Our emerging stylists are up-and-coming in the hair industry, they hold three years of in-salon experience. Our emerging stylists are continuing to learn through their training, experiences within the salon and guidance from our stylists, as they become skilled hair stylists.

Creative Stylist (3+ years)

Our creative stylists are skilled hairstylists who have achieved a certificate 3 in hairdressing and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hairdressing. Our creative stylists have recently joined the Marie-France Group team.

Master Stylist (8+ years)

Our master stylists are highly skilled, holding at least 8 years of experience in hairdressing and have been apart of Marie-France Group for greater than 5 years, having successfully gained their own loyal client base.

Principal Stylist (10+ years)

Our principal stylists are in high demand due to their expertise and loyalty to both the salon and their clientele. These stylists are highly talented and have been at MFG for over 10 years. This category differentiates the stylist so that we can prioritise loyal clients give others a chance to blossom.

Director (35+ years)

Our director, Marie-France, holds over 35 years of experience in the hair industry, growing up amongst a family of hairdressers. Marie-France is European trained in Paris, France with Jean Louis Desforges, Ivan Beauchemin and Courreges Paris. In Australia, Marie-France has trained with Tony & Guy, Vidal Sassoon and Sharon Blain.
